Shipping and Returns

Thank you for placing your order with Paper Garden.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and paid for. Please contact us if you do not receive this.

Please select ‘delivery’ option for NZ wide orders and ‘Pick up from Acorn Creative Studio’ option for Dunedin orders (if possible).

Please note that the ‘Pick up from Acorn Creative Studio’ option is preferable for all Dunedin orders. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pick up. Please note pick up address and times are as follows:

Acorn Creative Studio, 260 Vogel St Dunedin 9016

Hours: Monday-Friday 10-3pm

Please contact us for any questions on delivery or pick up.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be received, printed, packaged and delivered. Once we have received your order, created and packaged your print and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.

International orders

Please note we do not currently take overseas orders. If you live outside New Zealand and are interested in purchasing one of our prints, please register your interest by contacting us as this is a work in progress.

Damage

All care has been taken in the printing and packaging of our prints.

For Dunedin orders picked up from our studio: We ask you to check your print before it leaves our studio. Once you have accepted the print is in perfect condition we do not accept any liability for damage or imperfections.

For orders shipped within New Zealand: Please contact us as soon as possible if your Paper Garden print does not arrive in perfect condition. Please write ‘subject to checking’ on the courier ticket if your order arrives with the packaging looking distressed or damaged in any way. Please take photos of any damage and send them to us.

Returns

Please inform us if you are returning your print. To return your print by courier, please send to Acorn Creative Studio, 260 Vogel St Dunedin 9016. Please use a trackable shipping service. If you do not use a trackable shipping service we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your returned item we will not be liable for the loss of your item.
